DELIVERY AND HAUL AWAY :
1- King’s Appliances is not responsible for floor and wall damage, or any damage caused by delivery or installation of the appliance(s). this includes but is not limited to damages to paint, doorways, trims, floors and walls.
2- Our Haul Away of old appliance(s) is included in the delivery price as long as it is done in the same house/property and no further appointment is needed. Haul Away covers the same amount and type of appliance(s) being delivered. King’s appliances will not haul away additional appliance(s) unless stated on invoice at time of sale and additional fees have been made.
3- King’s Appliances does not cover and is NOT responsible for any and all items left inside your old appliance(s) that have been hauled away or taken into King’s Appliances for the purpose of junking, recycling or surrendering. These appliance(s) are Non-Returnable.
4- At time of appointment agreed upon if the buyer is unavailable to receive the technician(s) or delivery person(s), additional fees will apply. Buyer, please be aware the technician(s) or delivery person(s) will notify you before driving to your home and will NOT proceed if buyer is unavailable to confirm the availability to receive service(s). This includes warranty service(s), additional fees will apply for missed appointment(s) unless buyer has notified King’s Appliances before the appointment(s) date and time.
5- Delivery Service(s) does not cover failed attempts due to buyer unavailability. in the event that King’s Appliances attempts to deliver the appliance(s) and the buyer is not available to receive the appliance(s). King’s Appliances may deliver the appliance(s) outside of the home but inside the property limits. Additional fees for the second delivery, installation and Haul Away will apply when the buyer is unavailable at the date and time of delivery agreed upon. King’s appliances is NOT responsible for theft or damages caused to the appliance(s) due to delivering the appliance(s)_ inside or outside of the home. It is the buyer’s responsibility top present him/herself or any person(s) of legal age to receive the appliance(s). In the event King’s Appliances attempts to deliver the appliance(s) and our delivery driver(s) is unable to find or locate address and the buyer is unavailable, additional fees will apply. If the buyer’s address is written down incorrectly or misspelled and buyer is unavailable for clarification, additional fees will apply.
6- It is your responsibility to notify King’s Appliances before the delivery time and date if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Additional fees apply for nay failed attempt at delivery caused by buyer unavailability and further appointment will be provided once fees are paid.
7-All appointment have a 2-3 hours timeframe for any type of service(s) appointment(s) agreed upon. Buyer, be aware you must notify King’s Appliances if the appliance(S) being purchased or removed requires to pass through stairways or passageways, MEASURE YOUR PASSAGEWAYS! Failure to do so will result in additional fees being charged and the appliance(s) being delivered outside or before the entry to stairways and/or passageways. I these events. King’s Appliances will not be able to remove/ haul away your current/old appliance(s) form the space it is located, and additional fees will apply.
IMPORTANT REFRIGERATOR WARNING:
8- All appliance(s) purchased, delivered or picked up must wait a minimum of four (4) hours from being placed in the desired space before being powered on, or twenty-four (24) hours if the appliance(s) was laid down. To protect your compressor from failure. Failure to do so will void warranty and King’s Appliances will not be responsible and unable to refund or replace the appliance(s)
POWER OUTAGE AND COMPRESSORS:
9- After a power outage or disconnecting appliance(s), buyer must wait a minimum of 20 minutes before powering the appliance(s) again. This applies to any appliance containing a compressor.
ELECTRICAL:
10- GFI and GFCI Outlets void warranty at technician(s) discretion as they may be defective and send unstable power to appliance(s) causing internal failure. In the event the appliance(s) has had the same failure more than once from being plugged into the same outlet, King’s appliances may decide to void warranty and discontinue service to the buyer and additional fees will apply.
11- King’s Appliances will discontinue warranty and services if there are electrical or plumbing issues found. This is a King’s Appliances technician(s) discretion. Warranty may be resumed after the buyer provides proof the issues were resolved by a qualified electrician or plumber and /or qualified personnel.
SYSTEMS:
12- King’s Appliances only covers the appliance(s) internally and does NOT cover defective, worn, clogged or improper installation(s) of the ventilation systems or drainage systems. It is at King’s Appliances sole discretion to decide if the appliance(s) is covered under warranty and an additional fee will apply if appliance(s) fail for the same failure more than once after being notified of a system issue by King’s Appliances technician(s).
Upward dryer exhaust ventilator system is requires for dryer installations when dryer exhaust travels upwards. warranty will be void if this system is not previously installed before delivery and service fees will apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain and clean the ventilation system regularly or notify their property owner.
AS-IS AGGREMENT:
13- All King’s Appliances appliances are sold “as-is”. Special requests may be accepted if specifically agreed upon by both parties and approved by a qualified King’s Appliance representative.
14 – it is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the condition of the appliance(s) that they are purchasing. King’s Appliances is not responsible for any missing or damaged item(s). King’s Appliances is not responsible for any and all cosmetic damages internally or externally. Please , inspect before you purchase. If more images are needed for online purchases they may be requested through the contact us form.
WARRANTY:
15- All of our appliances come with a 3 Month warranty, starting at time of delivery and installation. Our warranty is only covered in the following counties: Sonoma, Marin and Napa County. if the appliance(s) are located outside of these counties, buyer must bring the appliance(s) to any King’s appliances location for service.
16- warranty only covers parts and labor. in the event the appliance(s) is found non-repairable due to cost , discontinued parts or inconvenient repairs the warranty covers only the first exchange of the appliance(s). Exchanges are equal or lesser value of the price paid on the original order. If the appliance(s) requires more than one exchange buyer must pay delivery and installation fees after first exchange.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
17 – King’s Appliances warranty does not cover or include : Light bulbs, water filters, air filters, lint filters, manuals, range glass-tops, faded lights and display boards. Scratches, dents or any cosmetic damage, ice makers on select models, knobs, handles, asbestos, mold, rust, rodents or insect infestations, dryer ventilation, external accessories, damages to accessories. stacking kits, door glass, and compressors,
18 – Buyer must ask a King’s appliances sales associate or qualified representative to supply power to the Appliance(s) if the buyer decides to further visually inspect the unit before sale is made.
EQUIPMENT:
19- Installation does not cover the equipment or accessories needed for installation. These non-covered equipment include water hoses, gas hoses, stacking kits, gas installation kits, dryer ventilation hoses, clamps, conversion kits and ice maker hoses.
20- King’s Appliances has a selection of used equipment on hand if needed, however King’s Appliances is not responsible for damage caused by using or supplying used or new equipment installed or supplied to buyer. Additional fees apply for using new equipment and must be stated before delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify King’s Appliances that they have purchased new equipment for the installation or need new equipment for the installation.
21- If an additional appointment is needed for installation, additional fees will apply.
INSTALLATION:
22- installation Services covers basic installation of the appliance being delivered. If the installer is unable to install due to space restrictions the buyer will be responsible for hiring a specialist or pay additional fees for King’s Appliances installer(s) to install appliance. If the installer is unable to install appliance(s) , these will be left on the property of the address provided.
23 – King’s Appliances does not remove stair railings, door frames and trims. It is the buyers responsibility to measure the space they have for the appliance(s) installation(s). Additional fees will apply if the appliance(s) does not fit in the space and a restocking fee will apply if the appliance(s) cannot be left on property and have to be returned to King’s Appliances location. Additional delivery attempts will incur additional fees.
ELECTRICAL OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
24 – King’s Appliances does NOT , under any circumstance reimburse the buyer or any third party personnel for any service(s) done or performed on property, appliance(s) or home systems. This includes plumbing, electrical or nay and all third party services.
220 VOLTS:
25- Some appliances require 220 volts of electricity top power on and work properly. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have this voltage installed before delivery or to have 220 volt outlet(s) available and in proper working order at time of installation. warranty will be void if the buyer does not have a properly working 220 colt outlet(s) when required and appliance(s) will NOT be installed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
26-Under any and all circumstance, King’s Appliances does not reimburse or refund any money for any appliance(s) or service(s) provided. Any delivery, installation or haul away is a service provided and in Non- Refundable. All Sales are Final.
IMPORTANT:
27- No inspection(s) after sale(s). All Sales are Final.
28- King’s Appliances is not responsible for contents inside appliance’s in instances of failure. This includes but not limited to groceries, clothes, dishes, etc.
29- In case of conflict, the buyer agrees to resolve through arbitration ONLY.
